Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. We do not see or keep them.

Paid file preparation service

Data we receive

• the CSV file you upload (product data), its settings (delimiter, price format and basis) and your confirmations;
• the messages exchanged in your order;
• the payment status sent by Stripe (amount, order reference). Card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches us. Stripe may share the e-mail address entered at payment.

Purpose and basis: performing the order you place (preparation, delivery, replies, any refund).

Who processes the data

• website hosting and private order storage: ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI);
• payment: Stripe, which processes your payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy, including to calculate any applicable tax;
• e-mail, if you write to our contact address: Gmail (Google);
• preparation: scripts and artificial-intelligence assistants (Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's Codex) that read the file to process it.

Access: your order can only be opened with your private access ticket or your browser's session cookie. Access to tracking is extended after payment and delivery.

Retention

• Orders not paid (declined, abandoned or never paid): the file, messages and processing details are deleted once 30 days have passed since the last recorded activity (upload, review, decision or message). If a payment page was opened for the order, they are kept at least until access to that payment expires.
• Delivered orders: the file, the deliveries and the messages are deleted once 90 days have passed since the last delivery. Your order page then states that they have been deleted; your access ticket remains valid for at least 120 days after delivery so you can see this.
• Deletion is carried out by our operator during maintenance passes, not by a fully automatic process: it takes place after these periods, not necessarily on the exact day. Nothing is deleted while a paid order is still being prepared or while a payment is being checked.
• Payment records (Stripe reference, amount, currency, dates, order reference and any discount granted) are kept after the files are deleted, for accounting purposes and to handle any dispute. They contain no file and no card data. They are kept for ten years from the end of the calendar year of the payment, then reviewed and deleted by our operator, unless a dispute or a legal obligation requires keeping them longer.
• Working copies made on our operator's computer to prepare your file are not covered by the deletion above; they are deleted during the operator pass that follows the scope decision or the verified delivery, or when an interrupted pass resumes. Files you have downloaded remain under your control.
• Early deletion: you can ask for it by message in your order. We then close the order and delete its file and messages, except while a paid order is still being fulfilled; payment records are kept.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection and portability, by message in your order. You may also contact your country's data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Do not send us passwords, card data or customer files: the service only handles product data.

Aggregate page counters

We count successful public HTML page requests by day and page category to evaluate our commercial test. This counter stores no IP address, visitor identifier, cookie, referrer, URL query values or file contents. Robots and repeat requests may be included; the totals are not unique visitor counts and do not identify visits from Reddit. Aggregate counts older than 30 UTC calendar days are removed on the next counter update or owner report. Hosting and payment providers apply their own policies.
