Terms of sale — Shopify CSV file preparation

1. The service

We turn a supplier CSV file into a product import file in Shopify's documented CSV format.

• Scope: one file of 1 to 100 data rows (1 MiB max, UTF-8), new simple products (no variants, no updates of existing products), with selling prices supplied by you in euros.
• Deliverable: an archive with the CSV configured as draft (Status = draft, Published on online store = false), the list of rows set aside with their reason, a notice and technical records.
• What we do not do: import into or change your store; create or guess prices, margins, taxes, titles, SKUs or handles; handle images, stock or variants. We have not imported the file into a store: Shopify's import preview remains the final check.
• Automated processing: preparation is carried out by scripts and artificial-intelligence assistants, with automatic checks. No value is invented: missing or ambiguous data is reported, not filled in.

2. Ordering

1. You upload your complete file and confirm separately that the products are new, that they are simple, and that the prices are your selling prices in euros, with their basis (tax included or excluded).
2. We review the scope. If the file does not fit the service, the request is declined with a reason, with no payment.
3. If the scope is accepted, the expected result (rows that can be prepared and rows set aside) is shown to you before payment.
4. Payment is made through Stripe. Only Stripe's confirmation counts as proof of payment.

3. Price

€20 including tax per file, within the limits above. The price shown when you order applies. A discount granted before payment is shown on your order page, and the reduced price then applies.

4. Delivery time

Delivery within five business days after your complete file is validated and payment is confirmed. The delivery is made available in your private order space.

5. Explanations

Ask in your order and we will explain excluded rows. The uploaded source file cannot be changed: processing a corrected version requires a new order.

6. Refunds

• File declined before payment: nothing is charged.
• Payment confirmed but delivery impossible on our side: full refund.
• Delivery later than the five business days of section 4, through our fault: full refund on request.
• Error in our preparation (a value different from your file, a file not following the announced rules): free correction or, if impossible, a refund.
• A delivered file that matches the scope and your data is not refunded only because rows were set aside for reasons shown before payment.
• Refund requests: by message in your order.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the data you send and that it contains no passwords, card data or customer files. You remain responsible for your prices, your taxes and the import into your store.

8. Customers

Service reserved for businesses (online stores). When uploading, you confirm that you order for your business; this confirmation is recorded before payment.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except for gross negligence or where the law provides otherwise.

10. Governing law

French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first, by message in your order.
